While new cardholders who transfer a balance to Blue Cash Preferred Card from American Express will enjoy 12 months of 0% intro APR on the amount transferred, each transfer will still be subject to a balance transfer fee of 3% or $5 (whichever is greater). If you are looking for a credit card with a 0% intro APR on balance transfers and $0 balance transfer fee, you might consider reading our recent post which outlines some cards that might suit what you're looking for.
