Each of these fashion clubs was started by a celebrity. ShoeDazzle was founded by fashionista Kim Kardashian, JustFabulous is headed by Baby Phat designer Kimora Lee Simmons, and Jewelmint can be attributed to actress Kate Bosworth. Can I return or exchange items that I am unhappy with?

Yes. The particular fashion club will provide you with return/exchange information.

What if one month I decide not to buy anything? Will I still be charged the subscription fee?

Though the specifics vary from club to club, in general, if you decide that you don't want anything one month, you can sign into your account within the first five days of that month and select the Skip the Month option. This way, you will not be charged. On the other hand, if you do not choose an item or the Skip the Month option before the sixth day of each month, you will be charged your membership fee and receive one credit, which you can later redeem for an item. The great thing is that you will never be shipped an item that you did not proactively select, even if you forget to click the "Skip the Month" option. As mentioned before in this case, you will simply have one credit that you can use to redeem for any item you want later on.

Do I have to pay to take the surveys?

No! If anything, take the survey for fun and see what styles the fashion club has in store for you. You don't have to enter any credit card information until you find something you like and make a purchase.
