Since that time it has done very well in the rigorous Virus Bulletin VB100, and the AV-Comparatives Malware-Detection [...]

Popular Facebook games include scams
Many of the most popular applications on Facebook, including FarmVille, CafeWorld, and Mafia Wars, are created by a company called Zynga. Zynga's CEO, Marc Pincus, recently acknowledged that these games contain "scammy" offers, in which users are offered various deals in exchange for in-game currency. These offers, unsurprisingly, tend to be deceptive schemes designed to [...]

Robert Siciliano is a NextAdvisor.com Expert Guest Blogger Mules are relatively unaware people who get hooked into a "small business" or employment that is a function of a criminal enterprise. The mules often respond to "help wanted" ads from online job placement sites. Shipping scams are a common tactic criminals use in which they employ mules [...]

Used ATM contains thousands of credit card numbers
Robert Siciliano is a NextAdvisor.com Expert Guest Blogger After the DefCon ATM debacle, in which hackers hacked hackers by setting up a fake ATM in front of the facility's security office, I needed to find out how stupidly easy it is to buy and install an ATM. So my search began. I found plenty of new and [...]

Did you know?

Online diet programs are where accountability meets convenience. Instead of having to attend meetings or go in for weekly weigh-ins, you can participate from the comfort of your own home. Additionally, the use of online tools takes a lot of the guesswork out of dieting -- many plans come with Internet-based software that charts your progress and counts the calories for you. According to the Associated Press, dieters lose three times more weight with online support.

Do-It-Yourself or Delivery?

Do-It-Yourself diets are cheaper since you prepare your own meals. They also offer you more flexibility in what you eat. Meal Delivery is more convenient and leaves less room for error, but is more expensive. Both types of plans still give you all the online tools and information you need for a successful diet. If you're someone that tends to order out for food or eat frozen dinners, we'd recommend Meal Delivery. If you prefer to cook for yourself or are a picky eater, go with a Do-It-Yourself plan.

Exercise or No Exercise?

Most diet plans recommend an exercise routine regimen while reducing calorie intake or changes in eating habits. In many cases increased physical activity leads to eating healthier, because as positive body results are noticed from exercise, people tend to eat healthier as well.

Most diet plans we reviewed focus on combining healthly eating with some exercise to produce a healthy lifestyle.
