Simmons First Visa® Platinum offers the lowest ongoing APR we've seen in a card and then ups the ante with no balance transfer fees. These two features allow users to transfer balances from their higher-APR cards onto this card and save lots of money with lower interest rates. The card also provides $1,000,000 in travel accident insurance and worldwide car rental coverage.
