Full Review:
The Discover® Motiva card features a 15-month, 0% intro and balance transfer ARR, making it easy to consolidate your outstanding credit card balances onto a single card. Although it does offer cash-back on purchases, this card is best for those who are likely to exceed the $3,000 annual threshold, do carry a balance, and would like an incentive to pay their bill on time.

Rewards
  • No limits on how much cash back you can earn.
  • Cardholders earn .25% cash back on all purchases until they have spent $3,000 annually.
  • After reaching the $3,000 annual threshold, cardholders earn 1% back on all purchases.
  • Gives cardholders a Pay-On-Time bonus when the minimum payment due is paid by the due date for six months in a row. This bonus is equal to 5% of the Interest Charges shown on your next billing statement in the Interest Charge Calculation section.

Redeem Rewards
  • Deposit into your bank account or credit your Discover card account.
  • Turn your cash rewards into more when you redeem for gift cards or eCertificates from over 100 brand-name Partners.

Fees and APR
  • No annual fee.
  • Intro APR: 0% introductory APR for first 15 months, then purchase APR.
  • Purchase APR: 10.99-20.99% (Variable), depending on the strength of your credit history.
  • Balance Transfer APR: 0% for first 15 months, then purchase APR. Intro fee of 3% of the amount of each transfer for transfers that post to your account by 2/10/2012 After that, either $10 or 5% of the amount of each transfer, whichever is greater.
