Even if you don't have the background or experience to switch to one of these jobs now, you can easily get the education through an online college. According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS), each of these fields is expected to grow faster than the national average growth rate by 2020:

Personal Financial Advisors: Personal Financial Advisors give financial advice to people in a range of subjects, including taxes, investments and savings. Between 2010 and 2020, the Personal Financial Advisor field is expected to grow by 32%, according to the BLS, which is much higher than the national average of 15%. Many online schools offer both bachelor's and master's degree programs in Finance and Accounting.

Network and Computer Systems Administrators: Network and Computer Systems Administrators run the computer network for their organization, including all data communication systems. Between 2010 and 2020, the Network and Computer Systems Administrators field is expected to grow by 28%, according to the BLS, which is far above the national average of 15%. Many online schools offer bachelor's degree programs in Network Administration and General Information Technology, as well as master's degree programs in IT Project Management.

Medical and Health Service Managers: Medical and Health Service Managers are basically healthcare administrators. They coordinate the inner workings of their healthcare facility. Between 2010 and 2020, the Medical and Health Service Managers field is expected to grow by 22%, according to the BLS, which is far above the national average of 15%. Many online schools offer both bachelor's and master's degree programs in Healthcare Management, including AIU and Cappella University.

Psychologists: Psychologists study human behavior and mental patterns, as well as how humans relate to each other. Between 2010 and 2020, the Psychologist field is expected to grow by 22%, according to the BLS, which is higher than the national average of 15%. Many online schools offer bachelor's and master's degree programs (and in some cases PhD programs) in various forms of Psychology.

Human Resources Specialist: Human resources specialists usually deal with recruiting and screening candidates for their company, as well as other administrative areas such as employee relations, payroll and benefits, and training. Between 2010 and 2020, the Human Resources Specialist field is expected to grow by 21%, according to the BLS, which is higher than the national average of 15%.
