    I thought this would be a good year for Hales to break out with all the WR attrition, but the spot he'd likely play seems to be locked down by Shipley. The silence on Jones is a little surprising as well. Both seemed to have been getting good reviews during the spring and summer workouts. I envisioned one or both of them blossoming into a Brandon Collins type player…minus the armed robbery.
