		<description>Not mailing the next movie when you pickup a movie at the store, until I return that movie, has really decreased the value of my Blockbuster Total Access plan. This isn&#039;t explained in their plan and is a change from the service I originally purchased. This is going backward in taking care of customer needs.</description>
