With everything that seems to be developing throughout this particular subject material, a significant percentage of viewpoints are very exciting. Even so, I am sorry, but I do not give credence to your entire plan, all be it radical none the less. It seems to everybody that your commentary are not totally justified and in simple fact you are yourself not even completely certain of your argument. In any event I did appreciate reading through it.

I am a Carbonite customer. I've never had to use it to restore anything. I'm also backing up my hard drive on a seperate hard drive. I've loaded a "virgin" OS with all the programs I'm likely to use, plus my documents, then made sure they functioned. this way, If something crashes, I have a "pristine" system (with all my programs loaded and configured)with which to start my Carbinite restore. What I'm wondering is, is there an online service that does this? After all, the whole point of a backup solution is to minimize the time and aggravation of recreating lost data. The only other solution that comes to mind is some sort of Slipstreaming of the OS to include the installation of my programs, and I'd still need a backup of my documents. Help me out here. Any suggestions?
