Nearly 30,000 credit card transactions that occurred at Okemo Mountain Resort in early February were breached by a hacker according to a statement from the resort.

The unauthorized network access exposed sensitive credit card data such as cardholder names, account numbers and expiration dates.

The breach occurred in early February and impact all transactions during a 16-day period between February 7 and February 22. Although 28,168 total transactions were impacted it is likely that the number of potential victims is lower given that some individuals may have completed multiple transactions at the resort.
