NextAdvisor.com credit report monitoring comparison featured in the Wall Street Journal Online

February 19th, 2008 - Posted by Joe

Our comparison and reviews of credit report monitoring services were highlighted in a recent Fiscally Fit column in the Wall Street Journal Online.

The article, by WSJ's Terri Cullen, focused on the importance of homeowners reviewing the contents of their credit report and knowing their credit scores before attempting to refinance their mortgage because errors in their report could cost them money. Terri suggested signing up for a credit report monitoring service with a free trial in order to get quick and easy access to information from all three credit bureaus.

[Y]ou can obtain scores for free by signing up for trial subscriptions at credit-report monitoring services that offer access to credit scores. (Just remember to cancel your subscription before the end of the trial period to avoid paying ongoing monthly fees.) You can find a list of credit-monitoring services offering free trial subscriptions here.

We couldn't agree with Terri more and strongly suggest that all consumers use a credit report monitoring service to get access to their credit report and score as well as ongoing credit monitoring. You can view our free online credit report monitoring service comparisons at NextAdvisor.com.

I am really enjoying the theme/design of your website. Do you ever run into any internet browser compatibility problems? A few of my blog readers have complained about my blog not working correctly in Explorer but looks great in Firefox. Do you have any recommendations to help fix this issue?
